After successful events in London in the previous years, the International VATS Symposium has ventured to new lands and will take place in Monza, Italy.

About the International VATS Symposium

The event is a great opportunity to join an interactive course that provides all the elements needed to develop a successful advanced minimally programme including expert techniques with particular focus on single port, robotic and non-intubated surgery.

Delegates are invited to discuss the technical aspects of the most challenging procedures with international experts and share their most difficult cases with a knowledgeable and skilled faculty.

This postgraduate course includes the use of video-based education with in-depth discussions on technical details.

The first day is dedicated to lectures and discussions about topics related to the Advanced Minimally Invasive Thoracic Surgery. The second day will consist on live surgeries, a VATS Clinic and wetlab for a small group of participants.

Among the faculty members, you can find surgeons from all over the world, like Prof. Alan Sihoe and Dr Diego Gonzalez Rivas - and many more!
