The Laparoscopic Trainer System is a lightweight portable device developed in collaboration with medical practitioners for practicing surgeons, surgery interns and students that facilitates the development of psychomotor skills and dexterity required during the performance of laparoscopic surgery.
The complete kit includes:
- 1 trainer base
- 1 multi-hole module with set of pins
- 1 loop module
- 2 suturing modules
- 2 instrument holders
- 1 Maryland endoscopic dissector
- 1 MaxiGrip endoscopic grasper<
- 1 Metzenbaum endoscopic curved scissors
Each module can be fixed in one of four positions at a distal half of trainer base – horizontal on the base or vertical on the front or left or right side.
