Account Assistant

Company Grena Ltd. offers office job as Account Assistant>

 

A company specialized in selling medical devices looking for a well-organized person, who can work in a team. Must have communicative Polish language and good English skills. Any previous experience in accountancy department and customer service is welcome.

We offer a full-time job, with permanent working hours, and nice atmosphere in the office with a well-experienced team.

 

Main responsibilities:

–    Archiving of sales invoices

–    communication with accountancy department

–    working on company internal system

–    cooperating with external accountancy department

 

Skills and Experience required:

–    Hard worker and a self-motivator who works well in a team environment

–    Demonstrates the ability to communicate problem resolutions

–    educated to GCSE level as a minimum

–    Basic knowledge of using computer

–    good telephone manner

–    Knowledge of Office package: Word, Excel.

–    Basic Polish language

–    Speakers of other languages are very welcome

–    Driving license would be advantage

–    Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Navision will be desirable

–    Essentials of  accountancy
