When choosing the product it is important to remember that not every manufacturer offers the variety of sizes nowadays. Always check if the portfolio includes the appropriate size span for your needs. Some companies reduce the number of sizes available to reduce the costs and number of production facilities. If M size is not available some surgical applications are excluded. Experienced manufacturers offer complex solutions for all applications.

The newest size – XXL (available only in Click’aV® Plus family), opens doors to new applications and surgical procedures where bigger structures need to be occluded. With the XL and XXL sizes it is possible to use polymer clips for laparoscopic appendectomies. In addition, XXL size allows to replace expensive endostaplers with surgical clips that ensure comparable safety.
