Kicking off with a warm-up and dry training, full of invaluable pointers and advice, the session spanned about two hours of immersive learning. Not a newbie, our trainee came prepared with fins and a monofin, eager to refine his techniques under expert eyes.
This unique experience not only pushed physical limits but also underscored the beauty of our community coming together for a cause.
