This year has been an exceptionally fruitful for our partners in the Freediving Discipline.

This November 2022 polish freediver Magdalena Solich-Talanda set an epic World Record in the DNF discipline during the Hungarian Open Indoor Freediving Championship.

Dynamic with no fins (DNF) is the most technical of the pool disciplines.

It requires the athletes to swim as far as possible underwater using only the power of arms and feet.

The distance covered by the DNF freedivers depends on the volume of air in the lungs as well as on how efficient their movement is in the water.

The record distance is 209,3 meters a on a breath held during 4:07 minutes.
