The National Surgical Congress was the biggest event of the year and was organised this year in conjunction with the 20th Anniversary Congress of ROAH.

The 20th Anniversary Congress of the Society of Endoscopic Surgeons of Russia was held in full within the National Surgery Congress: plenary and thematic sessions, an all-Russian on-line master class with the translation of leading clinics of the country, a training session presented by leading Russian and foreign training centres. Among them more than 40 leading experts from Russia, prominent experts in the field of surgery, vascular surgery, phlebology, military field surgery and surgery of injuries in peacetime, purulent surgery and antibiotic therapy, combustiology, robotics, bariatric surgery, endocrine surgery and hernia surgery, Coloproctology, urgent surgery.

The theme of the Congress reflected the trends in the modern surgery of the lungs and heart.

The event was held from 4 to 7 April 2017, in Moscow, Hotel "COSMOS".
